A Calendly consultation is a conversation about your plans, not a confirmed photography session. A shoot date is reserved only after I confirm it with you in writing. Requested dates may be held for 48 hours while we finalise details.

A 50% booking deposit confirms your date, with the balance due on the session day. All prices are in AED as listed per package on this site. If you need a custom package, pricing is agreed in writing before booking.

With 48 hours notice or more, your deposit transfers to another date within 90 days. With less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is retained to cover preparation and the reserved time.

Hand-retouched final images are delivered within the timeframe stated for your service on its package page. Sneak peeks are shared earlier wherever possible.

Divishots retains copyright in photographs created for its clients. Clients receive personal-use print and digital rights for their images. Commercial use requires a separate license — ask and we can arrange it.

Some images on this website are licensed illustrative photographs by other photographers, not work produced by Divishots. They show possible session themes and are not examples of photographs delivered for your booking.

During newborn and child sessions, safety direction from the photographer is final — if a pose or setup is not safe for your little one, we change it. Parents or guardians remain present and responsible throughout.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, your session will be rescheduled or reshot at no additional cost.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued booking after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
